Hello! I’m a qualified massage therapist based in North East London, deeply passionate about working with our fascinating bodies.
Blending relaxation and clinical techniques, I treat physical and emotional conditions such as low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, chronic stress, TMJ Dysfunction and a range of other conditions. My approach is holistic, incorporating deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, fascial work and tailored self-care to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and alleviate the effects of stress.
During our sessions I will work with you to understand your requirements and discuss the most suitable treatment. I conduct a thorough consultation where I take into account your health history, stress levels, lifestyle and goals to create your personalised treatment plan.
You can find me at Ashlins Natural Health clinic in Walthamstow on Wednesday evenings and Friday and Sunday mornings.
Certified with an MTI Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology, I'm fully insured with Balens and a member of the Massage Training Institute.
Currently I’m training for an Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage BTEC L6 at Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training.
